CNC Grondstoffen B.V. transports the full-grown compost to the mushroom farmer. Before loading a truck drives through the truck shower and a water basin. Any germs which could contaminate the full-grown compost are washed away. After that, the truck is loaded with full-grown compost in a closed loading hall. If the grower so wishes, a certain amount of supplement can be mixed through the full-grown compost.
The truck unloads the full-grown compost directly into a head filling machine. This GVA-machine (Gelijktijdig Vullen en Afdekken/Simultaneous Filling and Covering) provides the compost with a layer of casing soil and simultaneously inserts all required raw materials into the cultivation cell. This saves the mushroom grower extra work and contamination from the outside is restricted to a minimum.
